About shipping costs

  • Standard Shipping Fee : If your order total is less than ¥3,000, we will charge a shipping fee of ¥1,000.
  • Free Shipping : Shipping is free for orders over ¥3,000.
  • For customers residing in Hokkaido, Okinawa, or remote islands : Shipping costs will be ¥2,000. However, shipping is free for orders totaling ¥12,500 or more.

About Shipping

  • Shipping Time : We usually ship within 2-5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Provider : Delivery will be handled by a reliable shipping provider. You can track your shipment using the tracking number we will provide after shipment.

  • We accept the following credit cards : Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Other payment methods : Please check the options displayed during the checkout process for details.

Cancellation Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and have established the following cancellation policy. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support.

  1. Order Cancellation : We only accept order cancellations if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.

  2. Cancellation before shipment : Cancellation is possible only if the ordered product has not yet been shipped. Cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted.

  3. Cancellation Procedure : If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the following address, specifying your order number.

  4. Cancellation Confirmation : Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. The cancellation will be complete upon receipt of the confirmation email.

  5. Regarding refunds :

    • For credit card payments : Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund through the credit card company. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
    • For other payment methods : If you are paying with a payment method other than those listed, we will handle your payment individually. We will inform you of the details when you cancel.

  6. Regarding cancellation of specific products.

    • SilaJit : We only accept cancellations if the product is unopened and unused.
    • Apricot oil : We will only accept cancellations if the product is unopened and unused.
    • Tsumurocha tea leaves : We will only accept cancellations if the product is unopened and unused.

  7. Precautions / Notes / Important Information

    • Even if the cancellation is approved, the shipping fee and any other fees will be the customer's responsibility.
    • Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept cancellations for products that have already been opened. Thank you for your understanding.

  1. 1. Regarding individual differences : Natural stones are unique, and there will be individual differences in color, shape, pattern, and inclusions. The photos shown are samples, and the actual product may differ slightly.

    2. Regarding minor chips and scratches
    Natural stones may contain tiny, naturally occurring chips or scratches. These are characteristics of the stone and are not defects. Therefore, they are not subject to return or exchange.

    3. Differences in color and transparency
    The color and transparency of natural stones may vary depending on the lighting and viewing angle. If you would like to confirm the actual color and texture before purchasing, we recommend that you visit our physical store to see the products in person.

    4. Changes over time
    The color and shine of natural stones can change depending on how they are used and stored. To ensure longevity and to best utilize the characteristics of the stone, we recommend proper maintenance.
